When following the HCD approach, product creators attempt to find solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem solving process. Human-centered design (HCD) is a framework that integrates a set of practices to understand users—their needs, constraints, contexts, behaviors, and wants—so that you can build deep empathy with them, generate multiple ideas to help solve their problems, and arrive at a solution via rapid prototyping.

This is an intensive two-day course with a short pre-course reading and a final assignment to be delivered within 14 days. Afterwards, you can choose to participate in follow-up sessions, either in a group and/or individually. The course group is made up of around 20-30 participants of various backgrounds.
